Through the Red Center

Here's where you'll be able to get an idea of where I'm headed and where I am from time to time, while Libby and I make the 3000+ km trip through the middle of Australia.

The Planned Route

3 Weeks and 3000+kms

Day 1:

Left Nomads at 8am sharp and drove towards Adelaide.  We weren't on the road long before stopping to find out that one of the saddlebags was resting on the pipe.  After a short break and a little tinkering it was back on the road.  We stopped at Wolf Blass as we passed through the Barossa Valley and tested a bunch of wine (spitting out of course).  Then continued on to Adelaide.  All said and done it was about 250km's.  Good way to give Libby an idea of distance on a bike.  Staying at the same hostel I stayed at previously tonight, lol, private room this time of course.
